Limited Warranty
Independence Technology, L.L.C., a Johnson & Johnson Company

Independence Technology, L.L.C. warrants certain parts of the iBOT® Mobility System, listed below, to be free from materials and workmanship defects from the time periods noted below.  All warranty service must be provided by Independence Technology, L.L.C. or an Independence Technology, L.L.C. approved service provider.
 
The warranty periods for the parts of the iBOT® Mobility System are as follows:
 
iBOT® Mobility System base frame:
Five (5) years
 
Power base, frame and user control panel(except items such as tires, tubes and upholstery):
Two (2) years
 

Footrests, lenses, bulbs, calf panel, clothing guards, laterals and optional contoured headrest:
Six (6) months

Battery and battery charger:
Six (6) months

Parts that are replaced under warranty are covered for an additional ninety (90) days or until the end of the original warranty, whichever is longer.
