However, as with any product, parts can wear or get damaged over time, but mechanical problems in your iBOT® Mobility System shouldn’t slow you down. Our team of round-the-clock Technical Support Specialists are dedicated to helping keep your iBOT® Mobility System functioning, so you can continue to enjoy your improved quality of life.
The Technical Support Center is always available to help you Our service is designed to meet your needs: All servicing is provided either over the phone, or if necessary, at your location of choice, by a trained and qualified Customer Engineer.
Call our Technical Support Center’s toll-free number—anytime, day or night—and a Technical Support Specialist will diagnose your problem over the phone and determine the appropriate course of action. If your iBOT® Mobility System needs a new part that you can replace or repair, we’ll send that part out to you at no charge if that part is still under warranty. If the part or required repair is more complex, a qualified Customer Engineer in your area will arrange to make an onsite visit. Our Technical Support Center is committed to handling your service requests promptly to ensure your iBOT® Mobility System is back and functioning as quickly as possible. |
