Independence Technology L.L.C. is no longer selling and marketing the iBOT® Mobility System. But the Company remains committed to provide technical support and service to all iBOT® Mobility System owners through the end of 2013.

If you are an iBOT® Mobility System owner, please be assured that you can call the Technical Support Center in the U.S. at (800) 463-3669 and in the U.K. at 0800 404 9605 anytime you have a question or an issue with your device.

Note: For the purposes of this website, an iBOT® Mobility System owner is defined as an individual who purchased a device directly from Independence Technology, LLC and who successfully completed the Training Program, passed the Driver's Test, and took delivery of the device prior to March 31, 2009.

The company cannot provide product service, technical support and/or assist any individual who purchased, procured or otherwise obtained a device after March 31, 2009 and was not already an iBOT® Mobility System owner at that time.

We believe Independence Technology’s development and introduction of the iBOT® Mobility System spurred innovation in the mobility market. We are grateful for the relationships we established with the disability community over the course of our work together.
