Depending on your reimbursement plan, coverage may be available. Each request for insurance coverage is considered on a case by case basis. Your insurance company may or may not approve reimbursement for your iBOT® Mobility System purchase. It is essential that if you are seeking insurance reimbursement that you play an active role in the intricate process to enhance your possibility for a favorable determination.

How much will my assessment and/or training cost? Will my insurance cover it?
 
 
Each clinic charges a fee for doing the assessment and training. You will need to discuss that fee with the clinic and your insurance provider to determine potential reimbursement.

How do I get an iBOT® Mobility System purchased by the VA for a veteran in the U.S?
 
 
Independence Technology, L.L.C. is on contract with the Veterans Health Administration for the iBOT® Mobility System. The veteran must qualify medically and be registered with the VA. The first step is to call the Customer Zone at 1-866-813-0761 for information about the iBOT® Mobility System and the VA contract and coverage criteria.
